As a Director of Program Management, you will serve as a strategic and operational leader, driving cross-functional program initiatives that advance organizational objectives. You will partner closely with program leads to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage risk, and ensure seamless execution across teams. This role involves shaping program strategy, facilitating high-impact decisions, and coaching team members to enhance alignment and performance. You will influence stakeholders across functions, coordinate complex program activities, and ensure that timelines, costs, and quality standards are met. Your contributions will directly support the development and delivery of critical programs that have meaningful impact on patients and organizational goals.

Accountabilities :

• Serve as the operational lead for program teams, partnering with program leads to define, implement, and execute program strategies.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and present program plans, insights, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure effective management of program timelines, costs, risks, and quality, escalating issues when necessary.
• Oversee development and execution of global, integrated project plans aligned with program objectives.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance accountability, alignment, and performance.
• Drive process improvements and share best practices to strengthen program delivery across portfolios.
• Collaborate with partner organizations and alliance teams to integrate external inputs into program strategy.
• Maintain program dashboards and provide regular status reports on deliverables, risks, and issues.
