About The Position

Description :
Monday through Friday night shifts from 23 : 00 to 07 : 30.
No call is required.
Three years of experience is preferred.
First-time travelers are accepted.
Weekend shifts are not required.
BLS is required for all applicants.
On-call duties are not required.
Clinicians will not float outside of their scope to meet facility needs.
Floating to sister facilities is not required.
Block scheduling accommodations are available.
Local candidates are accepted.
Pending state licenses are not accepted.
Position will primarily involve general surgeries, gynecological cases, some plastics, and daily robotic cases.
Orthopedic cases are limited to one day a week, and vascular cases vary.
The hospital features a total of 178 staffed beds.
The charting system used is Cerner.
Nurses who are skilled in scrubbing should have experience with basic cases, particularly general and gynecological surgeries.
Most nurses will handle one patient ratio in the operating room.
Daily census is approximately 25 patients.
Special equipment and interdisciplinary support services are available.
Candidates must adhere to a strict no-tobacco policy, which includes testing for nicotine.
Positive nicotine tests will result in immediate cancellation of the contract.
