LPN On-Call | Hospice & Homecare Nursing

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide on-call support for hospice and homecare patients in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest. This part-time role involves responding to clinical and non-clinical situations after regular business hours, including weeknights and alternating weekends, covering 3 to 4 shifts weekly.

Role Overview

As an on-call LPN, you will deliver skilled nursing assessments, interventions, and supportive care aligned with individualized patient plans. You will collaborate closely with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your responsibilities include triaging calls, making timely home or facility visits, managing medication administration, and providing education on symptom and pain management.
