Position Summary :

Full time Nurse Practitioner  opportunity at Dynamic Health, the hours of operation are : M-Th 8-5 and Fri 8-2.

Provide physical assessments, order and interpret diagnostic testing

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions

Perform trigger point, joint, PRP and stem cell injections

Develop a close working relationship with the supervising physician, chiropractors and medical assistants

Help patients manage their well-being and patient education

Document clinic care efficiently in the Electronic Medical Record

Generate report narratives for case management and approval

Oversee patient care

Coordinate treatment compliance based on outcome assessments
