Were passionate about empowering livesand were looking for a Clinical Director to lead our clinical team with purpose and integrity.
Position Summary
We are hiring a Clinical Director / Supervisor (LCSW-C) to oversee clinical operations and ensure quality of care across our outpatient and residential programs. This leadership role is responsible for supervising clinicians, maintaining compliance with clinical and billing standards, and supporting our teams growth through training and mentorship.
What Youll Do
What Were Looking For
Active Maryland LCSW-C license (clinical supervisor eligible)
Minimum 2 years of post-licensure supervision experience
At least 5 years in behavioral or mental health services
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and Medicaid billing
Effective leader with strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Able to pass background check, drug screen, and TB test
