Lead Housing Coordinator

Job Overview :

Frontier Living is a Twin Cities-based Housing Stabilization provider dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing housing. Our mission is to help clients achieve stable, long-term housing by addressing barriers and creating sustainable pathways to self-sufficiency.

As Lead Housing Coordinator, you will play a key role in advancing this mission by overseeing housing coordination across multiple programs, including Housing Stabilization Services and Housing Supports. This leadership position involves managing a personal caseload while also guiding and supporting a team of Housing Coordinators to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery aligned with Frontier Livings vision and values.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to develop individualized housing plans, promote housing retention, and connect individuals to critical community resources. You will also contribute to broader program development efforts, including quality assurance initiatives, staff training, and the cultivation of community partnerships that expand housing access and long-term stability. Supporting clients in their development empowers them to become productive, contributing members of societynot just by securing stable housing, but by assisting them in building life skills, accessing education and employment opportunities, managing finances, and fostering personal growth.
