KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Accounting to join our CFO organization.

Responsibilities :

• Execute complex tasks related to maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to both onshore and offshore DASC teams, reviewing offshore work to ensure consistency and quality
• Exercise independent judgment in determining methods for completing work assignments, evaluating alternatives, and addressing issues within established procedures, with decisions subject to management review
• Prepare special collaboration with other departments to enhance and streamline processes and procedures, ensuring effective communication and integration across the organization
• Work with staff to update and communicate changes in policies and procedures, promoting organizational compliance and awareness
