Responsibilities Monitor telemetry patients and ensure patient safety and quality care. Provide compassionate care with a focus on patient experience. Collaborate with fellow healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes. Float to other units as required, adapting to varying levels of patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Telemetry competency and progressive care experience are essential.
