Job Description
You are a trusted advisor to program managers responsible for collecting, managing, and reporting tasks associated with project management of complex transformations. You view client issues from a holistic standpoint, understand their impact on the wider project plan, and help the project team understand both risks and rewards associated with plan changes. This lets you manage risk and keep projects moving full steam ahead. The team turns to you because they value your knowledge of project management, the industry, and because you will stay ahead of client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the activities associated to creating the project plan, running the PMO and gathering client requirements
- Assess the impact of those requirements on the wider transformation
- Improve ongoing techniques associated to delivering transformations
- Support and share knowledge with project teams
- Manage the requirement to development activity
- Stay on top of changes in the Contract Management industry and bring thought leadership to continuous improvement opportunities
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience with iCertis implementations, business analytics and change management.Minimum of 1 year of experience working within or supporting clients within the Financial Services, Retail, High Tech, Health, Communications or Telecoms sectors.Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.Preferred Qualifications
iCertis certification.You have at least 3 years of experience in consulting services.Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience leading the activities associated with creating the project plan, running the PMO and gathering client requirements and translating them to technical specs.Minimum of 3 years of experience managing the requirement to data migration setup and delivery.You know all about contract management.You've worked with core project platforms e.g. Projects, Jira.You've worked with technology vendors in the contract management area e.g. Icertis, Ariba, Coupa or Conga.You've got an MBA, or another type of advanced degree e.g., JD.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
