Job Description

As a Security Officer - Cultural Institution Patrol in Santa Ana, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by regularly patrolling and monitoring assigned areas within a cultural institution. Your presence will contribute to a welcoming environment, as you engage with visitors and staff while upholding security-related protocols. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive atmosphere, responding to situations promptly, and delivering excellent customer service. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
