• School of Rock Mount Pleasant is a quickly-growing music program whose goal is to inspire students. We are looking for a Studio Coordinator to join our team to help run two very fast-paced and high-energy music studios. The Studio Coordinator sits at the front desk and greets as well as coordinates instructors, parents and students as they enter and exit the space, as well as assist the General Managers in various tasks, including scheduling.
• This person must be excellent with customer service, problem-solving, and organization;
• must also be available on weekends and work daily afternoon and evening hours. This position is part-time, starting out with 3 days a week, with potential to grow.
• Skill Requirements :
• Two years + working Front Desk, Reception, and / or Customer Service role
• Attention to detail and successful at multi-tasking
• Welcoming, outgoing demeanor essential
• Good team player who collaborates well
• Interest in music and related arts or experience working with young people a plus
