Responsibilities / Qualifications :

• Experience with Commercial Construction Project Management
• Prepare bids, proposals, and quantity breakdowns
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Support existing client relationships and develop new ones
• Proficiency with Bluebeam
• Familiarity with roofing and sheet metal a plus
