Senior Program Manager - Product Development

About the Role

Join Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as a Senior Program Manager in our Supply Chain Product Planning team. We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to lead transformative supply chain initiatives for our enterprise customers. In this key role, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative product solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program Leadership & Strategy :

Manage the execution of strategic programs in the supply chain area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmaps.

Partner with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to facilitate comprehensive product planning and execution.

Analyze global supply chain management challenges and collaborate with product teams to enhance OCI’s offerings.

Proactively identify and address risks in the program lifecycle to ensure project success.

Engage with customers and industry experts to keep abreast of trends and customer needs in supply chain planning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Deep understanding of supply chain processes such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, procurement, logistics, and order management.

Outstanding project management abilities utilizing tools like Jira or MS Project.

Salary and Benefits :

Hiring range in USD from : $90,100 to $199,500 per annum, with potential eligibility for bonuses and equity. Oracle also offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
