Key Responsibilities
Design and implement advanced email, SMS, and in-app marketing campaigns focused on personalization and user journey optimization
Develop tools and systems for personalized messaging and product recommendations using extensive data analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide strategic insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in email marketing, particularly in direct-to-consumer or ecommerce environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Demonstrated experience with AI applications in digital marketing, especially in personalization and automation
Proficient in data aggregation and analysis tools, including SQL and data visualization platforms
Strong portfolio showcasing successful email or SMS campaigns with a focus on personalization at scale
