Duda & Sons, Inc. has an opening for a salaried paid  Senior Business Analyst  at the corporate office in Oviedo, FL.

In this position, you will provide business analysis expertise in an ERP environment to evaluate and design business processes and provide best practice solutions.

This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills and change management experience.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties :

• Business Process Mapping : Work closely with SMEs and the user community to document current-state Operational and Financial processes and workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with functional teams, and management to identify pain points, as well as deficiencies in processes and systems.
• Analyze and evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for simplification, improved data quality and enhanced efficiencies.
• Collaborate with other Business Analysts and Developers to analyze data flows and integrations with 3 rd party systems.
• Identify gaps in processes and systems while ensuring proposed changes align with strategic goals and corporate initiatives.
• Provide clear narrative and process flow documentation to support and communicate re-engineered processes and requirements.

Business & Functional Needs Analysis :

Fully Understand and document business needs as they relate to an ERP or related applications, business process reform and software solution design.  End-User Support & Problem Solving :
