Job Summary

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Part Time Temporary Lab Assistant on the Gainesville campus. This position will be responsible for maintaining and trouble-shooting instrumentation issues, preparing reagents for labs; organizing and preparing labs for instructional meetings, organizing the chemistry storeroom; supervising students in labs, storeroom and prep room.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and trouble shoot instrumentation.
• Reagent prep.
• Prepare Laboratories for additional sections and course offerings.
• Organize chemistry storeroom.
• Supervise students in labs and storeroom.
• Grade student lab reports.
