Kawasaki Robotics (USA), Inc. is a leading supplier of industrial robots and automation systems based in Wixom Michigan. As a result of our continued growth, we are currently seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our Service team.
Responsibilities
Aftermarket includes Field Service and support as well as Spare Parts fulfillment for various customers of Kawasaki Robotics across North America. The Administrative Specialist is a key part of the team by supporting many aspects and groups within the Aftermarket team. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to the following : -
- Receive customer orders by phone, fax, email, or customer portal
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Inform customers of pricing, discounts, and billing processes
- Process customer order / Purchase Orders (PO) in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers for amendments to PO’s.
- Check stock availability and fulfill orders.
- Process PO's to vendors.
- Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure parts are available to service orders in a timely manner
- Communicate availability of parts for scheduling service work
- Audit and resolve work order issues in preparation for closing
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices to customers.
Qualifications and Experience
High school education combined with 3+ years of technical experience related to robotics or automation. Associates degree or technical certificate preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMicrosoft Office proficiencyStrong adherence to safety policies and proceduresStrong organizational skillsAbility to work overtime, including some weekends and occasional holidays as needed.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.NO VISA SUPPORT AVAILABLE
