The RN collaborates with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and the OR team to ensure patient safety and efficiency in alignment with the State Nurse Practice Act, AORN standards, physician orders, and hospital policies. Key Responsibilities : Case scheduling, supply readiness, timely case progression, family communication, updating preference cards, circulating and scrubbing, and supervising personnel involved in patient care.
