Overview

LHH is currently searching for an experienced Social Media Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2C social strategies, nurturing online community, delivering meaningful insights through analytics, and collaborating cross-functionally with creative department to bring the brand’s story to life. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of social media management experience with a B2C brand. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities

• Social Strategy : Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to achieve brand objectives and maximize consumer engagement.
• Community Management : Foster meaningful relationships with our audience by actively listening, responding, and cultivating advocacy and loyalty within our brand’s digital communities.
• Analytics & Optimization : Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using a variety of analytics tools. Translate data into actionable insights to continuously refine content, campaigns, and growth tactics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling content and campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, innovation, and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
• Influencer Management : Identify and maintain relationships with key influencers to promote brand message and extend our reach within relevant communities.

Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
