Tax Manager

We are working with a PE-backed technology company in Boston, MA that is actively seeking a Tax Manager. We are looking for someone with tax experience in a large organization that has done heavy work with provisions. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax papers
• Resolving tax notices / managing tax audits
• Ownership of tax provision preparation
• Ongoing process improvements for tax department

Qualifications

Compensation Package : Up to 140,000 depending on experience + bonus
