Security Officer

Job Type : Full-time (40 hours / week)

Positions : Rover, Receiving, Front Desk

• Pay : $18.00 per hour+
• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Rover : Foot patrols, incident reporting, touring / scanning sensors, enforcing rules, monitoring parking, etc.
• Desk : Access Control, Monitoring CCTV System, Package Handling
• Receiving : Contractor compliance, access control, parking enforcement
• REQUIREMENTS :
• MUST have previous condominium security experience.
• Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
• Must be able to clearly communicate in English
• Well groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements
• Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, unemployment / workers compensation claims, etc.)
• Must have reliable transportation.
• SALARY :
• $18.00 / hour+
