Responsibilities :

• Work collaboratively with Industrial Security Specialist(s) to learn and understand all aspects of the security discipline
• Maintain personnel security records, required trainings, and security clearances
• Interpret security requirements to help provide clear guidance to team members
• Understand the DD Form 254 contract security classification specification process and requirements
• Assist the Security Team to implement and manage access control systems for the company
• Ability to confidently deliver briefings, presentations, and training sessions to audiences
• Support business and team member security needs in accordance with NISPOM and company procedures
• Provide regular updates to Program Managers and Directors on the status of security management, security violations, badges, clearances, visit requests, etc.
• Assist in providing effective security awareness, training, and education (SATE) programs
• Attend program meetings where security presence is requested or required
• Perform other duties as assigned
