EHS Manager

Environmental, Health, Safety And Worker's Compensation Manager

Overseeing of all environmental, health, safety and worker's compensation (where applicable) functions necessary to support the organization. Manages any assigned staff, chairs safety teams, executes strategic planning in line with the company strategic plan and goals of the corporation.

Essential Job Functions include, but not limited to, the following :

• Manage environmental, health, and safety functions for manufacturing and support operations.
• Ensure areas of responsibility are following TQM, ISO, QS, TS and regulatory (i.e. OSHA / MIOSHA) and compliance requirements.
• Act as management representative for related standards (ISO).
• Execute and support development of a strategic plan that includes all related actions to meet growth, improve operational EHS, and eliminate / reduce EHS incidents and costs.
• Staff Management :

Conduct timely and complete performance evaluations of direct associates; and ensure timely and complete performance evaluations of associates reporting under indirect supervision
