Job Description

We are seeking a Workday ERP Specialist with strong technical expertise in Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). The role includes designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations, collaborating with business stakeholders, configuring Workday solutions, and ensuring seamless data flows across systems. The specialist will troubleshoot integration issues, support Workday HCM functionality, and contribute to continuous improvement of the Workday platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
• Design and build EIB interfaces to support diverse data integration needs.
• Engage with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical Workday solutions.
• Provide maintenance, enhancements, and support for Workday integrations and configurations.
• Troubleshoot Workday technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between Workday and other systems.
• Support Workday Payroll processes including configuration, workflows, and compliance.
• Participate in payroll system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
• Provide end-user support and training during implementation and post-go-live.
