Revenue Cycle Manager

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee daily operations within the revenue cycle department.

Key Responsibilities

Manage workflows for billing, coding, claims submission, and accounts receivable follow-up

Analyze denial trends and implement corrective action plans to improve clean-claim rates

Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of payer guidelines

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations

High school diploma or GED required; AA, BA / BS, or healthcare-related certification preferred

Strong understanding of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and payer reimbursement methodologies

Proficiency with EHR / EMR and practice management systems

Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze data and recommend process improvements
