Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Echocardiography Technician (Echo Tech) for a 13-week assignment in Johnson City, NY. This position is ideal for an experienced cardiac sonographer who is comfortable in an outpatient clinic setting and is eager to bring their expertise to a reputable healthcare team.

Assignment Details :

Location : Johnson City, NY

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Environment : Outpatient Clinic

Responsibilities :

Perform high-quality echocardiograms and ensure accurate diagnostic images

Prepare patients and explain procedures clearly and professionally

Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment as needed

Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements :

Active ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS)

Current BLS certification (AHA, HSI, or American Red Cross)

Previous adult echocardiography experience; outpatient clinic experience preferred

Proficiency with Philips Epiq ultrasound systems is highly desirable

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently
