Job descriptionEmployment Type : Federal – with full VA benefits Paid Time Off : 50 days of annual paid time offer per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 days paid absence for CME) Retirement : Traditional federal pension (5 years vesting) AND federal 401K with up to 5% in contributions by VA Compensation : Competitive salary + performance bonuses + comprehensive federal benefits package Jasper sits in Walker County and is known for its friendly community , scenic surroundings , and proximity to Lewis Smith Lake , one of the clearest lakes in the Southeast. The Jasper, AL VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is actively seeking Primary Care Physicians to join our mission-driven healthcare team!

Position Overview :
- Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Patient Load : 12–13 patients per day per physician, allowing time for quality, patient-centered care
- Team Model : Work as part of a Patient-Aligned Care Team ( PACT )
Each physician is supported by a dedicated RN , LPN and MSA and has expanded support from clinical pharmacy , social work , mental health , and nutrition .
