AVP of Nursing Practice
Ascension is hiring an AVP of Nursing Practice to lead systemwide nursing quality, governance, and patient safety initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive evidence-based practice, advance nurse engagement, and elevate outcomes across the health system.

Responsibilities
Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, protocols, and standards aligned with evidence-based practice. Responsible for advancing professional governance and nursing peer review processes to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in nursing.
