Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide remote speech-language therapy services to students in the Oakland, CA area through a dynamic virtual school-based setting. This contract opportunity offers the chance to develop and implement personalized teletherapy plans that address students' unique speech and language goals while collaborating with educators and parents to ensure effective support.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and deliver personalized virtual therapy sessions targeting speech and language development.
  • Engage students through interactive online platforms to promote measurable progress.
  • Collaborate remotely with teachers and families to evaluate and adjust therapy approaches.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress in accordance with school guidelines.

Qualifications :

  • Valid California state license in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC preferred).
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy and familiarity with school-based caseloads.
  • Proficiency with virtual platforms and teletherapy tools to conduct online sessions.
  • Strong communication skills for effective virtual collaboration with students, educators, and caregivers.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently in a remote setting.
