A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to oversee post-sales support and customer success for TMC clients adopting their AI platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding, implementation, and technical support for new TMC customers using the AgentSee platform
Drive customer adoption and expansion of AgentSee across organizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and influence product direction based on customer feedback
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a technical client-facing role (e.g., TAM, Implementation Engineer)
Experience in driving adoption of configurable technologies (AI, PaaS, Automation)
Proficient in technology, APIs, integrations, and product architectures
Experience in startups or hypergrowth environments
Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch
