Job descriptionCA NP license DEA certificate before start date CPR certification Board certified in field 3+ years of experience Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results Perform therapeutic procedures with prioritizing preventative care Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy

Job Description
A West Sacramento based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join an FQHC community health practice. An ideal candidate should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating all ages. Applicants should have 3 years of experience to apply and have experience in family medicine and basic women s health.
