We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.

Job Description:
As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will provide direct and consultative OT services to students in educational settings. You will play a critical role in supporting students’ ability to participate fully in school activities by addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, visual-motor integration, and other areas impacting school performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals based on student needs
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
• Provide consultation and training to school staff to support carryover of OT strategies
• Promote student independence and functional participation in the classroom and school environments

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of California
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for working with students of diverse abilities and backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
