Proposal & Content Strategy Specialist (remote)

Are you a strategic storyteller who thrives on crafting compelling proposals and customer-facing content? We’re looking for a Proposal & Content Strategy Specialist to help shape and elevate our logistics solutions across North America. This is a remote role focused on pursuit execution—not operations or warehouse management.

• ?? What You’ll Do
• Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to decision-makers
• Lead end-to-end pursuit efforts—from planning and stakeholder coordination to final deliverables
• Shape RFP responses with strong value propositions, service narratives, and win themes
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and leverage customer insights to create standout content
• Maintain and evolve our content library and growth enablement materials
• Provide strategic guidance throughout the pursuit lifecycle, briefing leadership and driving alignment
• Ensure all deliverables meet customer requirements while telling a compelling story
• Support pursuit-related initiatives and best practices across the team
• ?? What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in proposal writing or pursuit management (Contract Logistics experience a plus)
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Experience with Loopio, Seismic, and SharePoint preferred
• Detail-oriented, curious, and quick to learn
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with minimal oversight
• Prior exposure to logistics, distribution, or transportation operations is highly valued
