Become the Director of Therapy Services You've Always Aspired to Be

  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures while holding staff accountable for their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote awareness, prevention, and treatment options to the community. Support clinical affiliations and relationships with educational institutions.
  • Utilize historical data and emerging trends to forecast operational revenues and expenses and provide recommendations based on market conditions.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for program reimbursement, business standards, legal issues, and documentation, applying them to program operations effectively. Communicate updates and ensure staff adherence to standards.
  • Participate in patient care.
  • Celebrate the achievements of our dedicated staff and patients along their journey.

    • Qualifications

  • Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • BLS (CPR) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program.
  • Preferred : Master's or Doctorate degree in a professional or management area.
  • Minimum of five years of rehabilitation experience, including two years in a management role, is required.
