Physical Capabilities Based on Daily Work Schedule of 5-day work week, 8-10-hour shift :

Sitting 2 - 3 hours. Walking 2 hour per day. Standing 8 - 10 hours. Lifting 35 lbs., frequently and 50 lbs., occasionally. Bending Frequent. Climbing Occasionally. Crawling Occasional. Reaching Frequent. Squatting Frequent. Carrying 25 lbs. Frequently 50 lbs. Occasionally. Twisting Frequent. Arms Full range of motion.
