Job description

Delphi Healthcare, a leader in emergency medicine staffing since 1995, is seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our teams at Bradford Regional Medical Center and Olean General Hospital. These positions offer an excellent work-life balance, flexible schedules, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive emergency care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition for patients of all ages
  • Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and perform life-saving interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, APPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (MEDITECH at Bradford)
  • Follow hospital and departmental protocols to ensure high-quality, safe patient care

  • 14,000 annual volume
  • 12-hour physician shifts
  • APP support
  • No ICU on site
  • Flexible scheduling

    • Olean General Hospital (Olean, NY)

  • 25,000 annual volume
  • Flexible scheduling
  • APPs provide mid-shift support
  • Day & night shifts available

    • Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM), Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine (with ER experience)
  • Active medical license in Pennsylvania and / or New York
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to patient-centered care in a rural community
