Position : Therapist-PTA-Physical Therapist Assistant (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.

Contribute to achieving team targets and performance goals.

Monitor patient progress and report findings to the physical therapist.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Educate patients and families on exercises and therapy techniques.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.

Adapt to new techniques and technologies in physical therapy.

Engage in self-assessment to enhance personal and professional growth.

Ensure therapy equipment is clean, safe, and ready for use.

Provide feedback to improve therapy processes and patient outcomes.

Experience / Qualifications
