Job descriptionManage all aspects of legal cases from initial filings through post-judgment actions. Conduct legal research and prepare clear, persuasive written communications. Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings throughout Virginia. Negotiate case resolutions with opposing counsel. Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and legal team to track case progress and outcomes. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Virginia. Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and efficiently. Willingness and availability to travel to courts across Virginia as needed. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 03 years' experience in bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation. Licenses in other states such as GA, SC, TN, FL, MD, MI, OH, or UBE passage. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems. Courtroom experience early in your career : Gain litigation skills by representing clients directly. Remote flexibility : Work from home while staying connected with a strong legal team.
