Job Summary

Interface with all branches for quality escapes both internal and external Maintain quality charts, graphs and facilitate rapid root cause at all branches. Work on Continuous Improvement projects with branches to improve quality and reduce escapes.

Quality Engineer (Bilingual - Spanish / English)

Location : Santa Teresa, NM (Onsite)

Salary Range : $75,000 - $95,000 + Monthly Gainshare Incentive

Employment Type : Full-time

Work Authorization : Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

We are hiring a Quality Engineer to join our growing team at our new manufacturing facility in Santa Teresa, NM. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where quality and continuous improvement are key to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet customer requirements for quality metrics
• Interface with branch quality leadership on all quality issues
• Ensure all branches meet root cause and customer metrics
• Apply Six Sigma principles (Greenbelt trained / certified a plus)
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of inspection processes and controls
• Read and interpret technical prints and drawings
• Use PC tools such as Excel, Word, and data entry systems
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English
• Exhibit TKMNA employee attributes and competencies
