Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee an interior build-out for a multifamily project in Houston. This is a temp-to-perm role with a stable company that values hands-on leadership, foresight, and accountability.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a 5–6 person crew on a multifamily interior build-out project
• Interpret construction plans, manage permitting, and coordinate with inspectors
• Forecast material needs and anticipate project contingencies
• Submit daily reports and jobsite photos to a shared cloud drive
• Utilize Asana for project tracking and task management
