Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about changes affecting them
Provide support in navigating healthcare services and finding primary care physicians within their network
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Ability to type 25 words per minute
Intermediate / advanced technical proficiency required for multitasking across systems
Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
