We're currently seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant - Talent Management to join our team.
Required Qualification :
- Configure and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management modules including Performance, Goals, and Succession.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to align talent processes with organizational objectives.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and seamless user experience across talent workflows.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
