Job Overview :

Primoris Power Delivery is searching for a Coordinator I Buyer in the Fort Worth, TX area. This position will initiate purchase requests and keep track of the stages through which, each order is routed until receipt and payment.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :

• Responsible for following procurement processes and procedures.
• Reach out to vendors on activities related to the procured materials needed for bids and contracts.
• Work with Accounts Payable and IT on process improvements.
• Create purchase orders.
• Analyze and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy of goods delivered.
• Work directly with the estimating department to determine most cost-effective procurement solution for customer projects.
• Assist in preparing technical evaluation of procurement bids for customer RFPs, RFQs and RFIs.
• Maintain contact with vendors regarding orders and merchandise, new products, market conditions, and trends.
• Identify minority firms as possible suppliers.
• Prepare periodic reports related to purchasing, shipping and receiving materials.
• Confer with departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.
• Obtain and update information on open market and contract purchase prices.

Company Overview :

Primoris Power Delivery provides engineering, construction, and maintenance of electric power delivery facilities, including substations up to 345kV. Ancillary services include wireless telecommunication installation, environmental cleanup, project management, and storm restoration services.
