• December 8 - 16, 24-hour call coverage
• 15 patient encounters expected per shift
• Call and rounding only with no clinic
• 30-minute call response time required
• Average of 1 admission per shift
• Phone consultations and rounding required
• Coverage assignment
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
