Client Experience Specialist

Description We are looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join our team on a Contract basis in Richardson, Texas. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure client satisfaction and seamless communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, possess strong organizational skills, and be committed to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities : - Identify and escalate complex or legal inquiries to the appropriate teams, adhering to established protocols. - Monitor and manage conversations using the designated technology platform, ensuring compliance with service standards and response time expectations. - Collaborate closely with the Client Experience team and legal professionals to enhance client and foreign national satisfaction. - Maintain accuracy and professionalism while meeting assigned service level agreements (SLAs) for timely responses. - Provide proactive updates on workload, trends, and potential issues to team members and leadership. - Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on platform enhancements, communication standards, and escalation procedures. - Contribute to a positive work environment by sharing feedback and supporting initiatives for platform improvement. Requirements - High school diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. - At least 1 year of detail-oriented customer service experience, with experience in legal, immigration, technology, finance, or healthcare being an advantage. - Familiarity with escalation procedures and structured escalation paths. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured processes. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented demeanor. - Empathy, active listening abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. - Capacity to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
