Job descriptionPlan and execute audit engagements for diverse clients Review work performed by staff accountants Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures Identify accounting and audit issues and recommend solutions Communicate with clients regarding audit progress and findings Train, supervise, and mentor junior team members Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm methodologies Build and maintain client relationships 4-7 years of public accounting experience with emphasis on audit services Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's a plus) CPA license or actively pursuing certification Experience managing audit engagements and supervising staff Industry experience in manufacturing, nonprofit, construction, or healthcare preferred Proficiency in CCH ProSystem Engagement and QuickBooks Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and audit standards Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
