Summer Intern
The Bank Operations department is the back-end team responsible for executing and settling transactions initiated by the front-end teams. The Summer Intern position will rotate through three or more business units in the Operations division to gain analytical, technical, customer support and project management experience.
Essential Functions
- Utilization of data mining, report design, data research & analysis to support multiple departments
- Review of statistical and financial reporting structure for enhancements or consolidation opportunities
- Participation in day-to-day maintenance of applications (Access databases, Excel workbooks, budgeting software, MPC, and Business Objects) including system parameters, permissions, and general support
- Providing updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), including internal controls and operational analysis to various groups within Bank Operations
- Implementing process enhancements and providing deliverables to LOBs across the enterprise by way of small, independent projects
- Conducting annual permission audits of system or building access
- Direct support to internal or external customers in call center environment, including inquiry, troubleshooting, issue routing and call escalation or review for customer accounts
Work Schedule
