About the Role :

As a TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Associate, you will work on-site, assisting customers both in-person and virtually with their tax needs using Intuit TurboTax products. Your role will focus on providing exceptional tax return preparation, advice, and software support. Your understanding of diverse customer situations will be crucial in easing their tax-related anxieties, whether they are managing simple W2 filings or navigating complicated tax scenarios involving business income or investments.

You will also play a vital role in expanding TurboTax's community presence, establishing lasting client relationships and driving customer loyalty. With our straightforward playbook, essential tools, and unwavering support, your success is within reach.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, addressing both simple and complex tax matters. You will facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and provide future planning advice using reliable resources.
• Act as a Proactive Community Ambassador : Cultivate a strong customer base for TurboTax by engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and organizing local events to foster community connections.
• Educate and Communicate Confidently : Represent TurboTax in the community by hosting educational events, participating in marketing efforts, and simplifying tax concepts for your audience.
• Build Relationships : Establish trust through understanding and sensitivity to clients' financial concerns, transforming one-time clients into long-term partners.
