A global leader in advanced materials and surface engineering, is seeking a Research Engineer to lead the development and implementation of next-generation coating solutions used across aerospace, energy, and industrial applications. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative team that is shaping the future of advanced materials technology.

What You’ll Do as a Research Engineer :

As a Research Engineer, you’ll drive innovation in the design, testing, and optimization of thermal spray coatings that enhance wear, corrosion, and thermal protection performance. You’ll collaborate with global customers and internal partners to develop new technologies and improve existing applications.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Lead R&D efforts in developing and improving thermal spray coatings and processes
• Design fixtures, masks, and robotic spray programs for coating applications
• Plan and prioritize projects, defining work sequences, resources, and timelines
• Support Sales, Customer Service, and Global Marketing teams with technical expertise
• Prepare and present reports, documentation, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
• Travel up to 25% to support customer sites and technology transfers
