Now Hiring : Superintendent – Civil Site Construction

We are looking for a skilled Superintendent to oversee the field planning and production of civil construction projects . As a Superintendent , you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Vice President of Operations to execute tasks efficiently and maintain safety compliance on all construction sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage field operations for residential subdivision and commercial site development projects to meet and Exceed project schedule, budget, and safety requirements.
• Lead and coordinate underground utilities installation of storm, sewer, water, and reclaim pipe.
• Organize and plan work with project team to meet contract, schedule, and quality requirements including safety action plans.
• Review contracts, project documentation and plans to ensure work in the field is built to specifications.
• Oversee field personnel, schedules and all construction operations on site.
• Manage field operations and coordinate with other personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Provide leadership and direction to Foreman and their crews.
• Responsible for job performance, safety audits, and enforcing company policies and procedures including training, orientation, discipline, etc.
• Attend progress meetings with the project team as needed.
• Lead safety meetings, enforcing safety procedures with crew.
• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
